I even got 55 words to say about how i got to know the reason to smile :D....its a 55 fiction/reality :)..

She was in Tears,Loneliness killing her senses..she was missing her family badly in her heart .She tries to be more brave and not show her sad feeling's on her face by keeping up the cute smile on her lips.Then she decides to spread the cheer around and be "THE REASON TO SMILE"

The first raindrops..

She was awakened when the lights went off. She saw the clock and it said 11 PM. "I must have slept early while reading the book", Maya thought to herself.

She got up, lit the candle and made sure that all the doors and windows are shut. She laid on the sofa and tried to relax when suddenly she heard the waving sound from outside. She was not sure what it was and hence, opened the balcony door and saw that it was breezing very much outside. She stood there enjoying the cool breeze. It started drizzling and she could feel the water drop falling on her face. She closed her eyes and said "I love this".

As she opened her eyes, she was there standing with her sister enjoying the first rain of the year. Her dad shouting from behind "You girls are crazy to get wet. Please come in! If not, you will catch cold"
"No pappa. We luv this. It is the first rain of the year. Don't you know how we enjoy watching this everytime. We will come in soon." she answered.

Maya always loved the first drops falling from the sky and the aroma of the ground when the first rain drops falls down. It's completely a different smell and it makes her go and dance right on the middle of the road!

She was now dancing with her sister rejoicing the wonderful rain that she always likes. She waved to the people who were rushing to their respective homes. She could see her neighbor friend sipping hot coffee sitting near the window. She looked at her and smiled. She turned back to see her dad starring at her angrily but she gave back her cunning smile and made her dad smile back. She closed her eyes and said once again "I love this so much" .

As she opened her eyes once again, she could see herself all alone standing next to the door of her balcony in the beautiful apartment where she stays. It was the same first rain of the year and she was smiling watching it pouring down. She was standing there but dancing in her heart, humming a melodious slow song, remembering her childhood. She felt like she heard her dad shouting but turned to see no one there. She smiled once again. She smelt the same aroma that she always liked. She felt like walking and running in the rain but she couldn't do it. But she was happy to see the first rain... the very same first rain that she always enjoyed to see... and then she told to herself.. "I love this so much!"

The wEiRd dReAm of the night!!!

It was a dream!! yeah, it was... thankfully it was...

It was by around mid night at 3 i guess... i was dreaming about myself rushing to catch a bus! i was quite late for it. My dad dropped me near the bus stop! and I did get the bus. I asked the conductor what time will the bus leave. He said 'by another half an hour'! I was happy I could relax for a while.

I was settling down on the seat when, i realized that i forgot to get my brush! awww.. yeh, my brush! I had left it in my house! I told my dad that I left it. He told that I can buy it from some shop after I reach my place.. ("my place"? i seriously donno where I was travelling to! coz it was a dream!!)
I was not convinced. I started fighting with him telling that I need tht brush! He got angry! he told me tht i can get it myself if i want to!

He was not ready to take me back to the house, leaving the bus! i was so bold enough that i told the conductor tht i will be back in 10 mins of time and pleaded him not to leave me and go! i snatched a bicycle from a guy who had parked it near by and rushed towards my home (i dont even knw whther the bicycle owner was running behind me) i am not sure why the bicycle was not moving fast! it was so slow.. slower than an aeroplane! oops.. sorry! i mean slower than.. err.. wht vehicle is slower than bicycle now? very well, let me continue..

I reached my house by 20 minutes from thr! i had 10 mins of time to get back and i was here in my house searching for it. i searched al over my bedroom and the hall. my mom was furious to know that i came back to take my brush!!
I was so tensed that i wud miss my bus! (to knw the fact tht i cant go by another bus, it was the last bus available and i had booked it a week back)
then it was my sis who was so brilliant tht she went to the utility and found my brush near the basin.. I was so thankful to her.. and started rushing back when i heard my mom telling at me tht she was making hot puri's ! and i can have atleast 2 and then rush! i then realized i was hungry! i had no option that i gobbled up fast the "hot puris" (i say, it was so difficult to eat hot puris)

Then as i saw my time.. i was already late! i thot my bus wud have already left, leaving me! i was so tensed i didn't knew what to do! i started crying so loudly tht my dad came and yelled back saying to shut my mouth! i was so shocked to see my dad there.. he then said me to come out of the house and see whats waiting for me thr! i came out and was so happy to see the "bus".
yes yes!! it was the same bus in which i had to travel..!
I was so happy tht i got it! i hugged my dad for that and said him a huge thanx! and then climbed the bus! al the ppl, were cheering me up! i was so happy tht i said "thank you" to them! (not sure why?? any idea??)

then i waved gud bye to my mom n dad and the bus left!! i just sat on my seat and relaxed for a while! just after few seconds i opened my eyes and saw myself lying on my bed!!
ufffffff... it was a dream!! oh god.!! i got up and drank some water.. saw the time, it was 3.30 am..!!
what a dream it was..
though it was a dream.. i was happy that i got the bus!!
but one thing! am i so stupid enough to rush back to ma home to get my BRUSH??? i seriously donno!

the moon smiled..

she sat there thinking
when the candles blew off

she went up to the terrace
to see the beautiful moon shining

she forgot all her sorrows
and was busy watching them

the moon had spread its beam everywhere
& the stars were twinkling all over

she felt the moon was smiling at her
telling her to forget all her pains

& the stars were twinkling and telling
that they all are there with her

she went & slept peacefully
with a smile on her face & with peace of mind.

Thus a year passed by!

April... the same month, just a year ago was the time when I came to Bangalore.. I was excited and happy when I came here. In the same time, I was scared too.. It was a new place for me then.

I came to Bangalore for few reasons.. To escape from someone, :P to find peace, to get out of the boring job that I was working before, to study further. Al together, I set my goals with many reasons in my mind and came to Bangalore!!

With a good job here, staying as Paying guest, life went on as I wanted for few weeks!
Later, I realized that things are not always as what we wish it would be. Working for long hours was one of the reason which made me feel very tired and put me under frustration. I used to wait for weekends to make myself work-free! but weekends were much worst than weekdays. No friends here in the new place. Hanging out alone? naah, am not crazy! so I used to sit back at ma room and read novels..

I somehow tried to find a way and I made friends with few people around... Got along with few groups and my colleagues. Enjoyed freaking out.. Explored new things in this new place. Experienced many things. Went for few treks, outings, was just hanging out! It was fun all the while. Life went on and I kept myself busy with one or the other things.. with so many plans and few friends here, I used to enjoy each and everything. In btw, used to miss my parents and my close ones!

Though life went on, life was not easy. My close friend who was my roomie shifted her place. It was really a bad news as she was very close to me and she had given me company all the while. It was difficult to live without her as it was very boring and lonely. I had to digest the fact that she would be leaving Bangalore. Thought of shifting the room and searched a new one.

Whenever I used to feel homesick, I would sit alone.. hear some sad music and cry to myself.
When I get time, I used to fly off to my hometown to meet my parents and enjoy there. That was not so often.

I'm adjusting and compromising for each and everything here. Coz one day I want to go back to my place with a happy face! I have to to achieve what I had thought and that is possible only here. I have to make time for studies, work and enjoyment. :)

Bangalore has given me life, enjoyment, friends, job... the list goes on. But it has taken away from me.. my happiest life that was in Manipal(my hometown).. It has made me live far from my loved ones! I miss everything out there.. especially my parents and my sweet home.
Not sure whether I have to thank for what I have or be sad for what I don't have with me..!


Whatever it is...

memories will remain for sure....!!!
