Six Places

So six places that comes to my mind are:

1. My hometown: I always keep it on the top list wherever it fits :P It really is a wonderful place to be in. Fresh green forest around, no traffic signal on roads, educational institutes and hospital. Simple life with peaceful mind is what you feel when you visit Manipal.

2. Bangalore: Because I have been staying here. The place has given me experience of living, learning & sharing. It has taught me how to live independently. I have been living here since 3 years and seriously the place has got something magic to keep you always busy. Wonderful place to describe in short.

3. Dudhsagar: My first adventurous trek to a beautiful water falls near Goa. The only way to reach the place is to travel by train and walk along the railway track for almost 12 to 15 kms. My first experience of a long trek that too with unknown trekkers during rainy season where we slept inside tents which was almost wet due to heavy rain and water drops from the falls. Unforgettable experience and an unforgettable place.

4. Kumaraparvatha: A complete 2 day trek to a place where you are completely surrounded by green hills. Scenic view and peaceful deserted place. Awesome experience of walking uphills continuously under the hot sun for hours together to reach the toughest and the 2nd highest peak of Karnataka.

5. Ottinene Beach: A beach near Byndoor which I had visited during college days. Had an awesome time getting into the beach almost 5feet of depth and playing there for a long time. The scenic view from the top is mindblowing.

6. Lastly, Mangalore! A place where I stayed for nearly 8 months and where I first started my job. Great place with unforgettable memories. I had good friends and good colleagues with whom I'm still in contact. The kudroli temple is my favorite and an often visited temple as it was near to my flat. The place has many beaches and temples. You can find each and everybody speaking in Tulu language. I started learning tulu from here and I almost manage to speak broken tulu now :D
